Despite our best efforts and community involvement, we were unable to complete the paint job on the van in time for Burning Man 2011 as we had originally hoped to do.
We had a couple set backs due to other maintenance and an unexpected rain which caused the not-dry paint to run. Nonetheless the van turned lots of heads and put smiles on lots of faces as we drove it 4000km to Burning Man.
After returning home, Alex was able to complete the paint job. You can read more about Alex Currie aka Runt (the artist behind the awesome paint job) on the About Page.
