Aubrey Marcus recently spoke at the MastermindTalks in Toronto Canada. Here are 10 takeaways Aubrey posted via his fellow entrepreneur speakers:

1. You can’t expect anyone to follow your vision, unless they too have seen your vision. Paint the picture of what you are striving for as vividly as possible, and then figure out how to get there – Cameron Herold

2. Any answer to a question that your customer has that is not provided creates frustration. Even if it draws light to competitors, answer their questions and you will become the source head for the topic. – Marcus Sheridan

3. Regarding the habits you know you want to keep, make them non-negotiable. That way you won’t have to debate about them and you can save that willpower for something more important. – Dave Asprey

4. Everything has a price. – Steve Sims

5. Human contact more than 12 feet away, is not contact at all. It will be largely ignored. To be heard, bridge the gap. – Dr. Nick Morgan

6. Set your goal first. Then reverse engineer what it is going to take to get there. – Todd Tzeng

7. Mirror neurons in the human brain mimic the patterns of those around you. If you want to inspire, be inspired! – Dr. Nick Morgan

8. One of the most important things you can do for your customer or client, is to show the work that is being done for them. People don’t like to pay for anything that is perceived as easy. – Michael Norton

9. Steve Jobs once walked into the cubicle of the head of his maintenance department at Apple, and told him that the trashcans were not black ENOUGH. The following week those trashcans were black as space itself. Moral: Details matter. – Guy Kawasaki

10. The golden touch is not to turn everything you touch golden. It is to touch the things that have the potential to be gold. – Guy Kawasaki
